The committee have drawn up a list of competitions for the winter and early months of the spring. They have introduced a variety of formats to give members the opportunity to experience a combination of golf competitions.
All competitions will run on Saturday and Sunday to facilitate members except the Captains’ Drive In which will be a one day event.
Dec 30/31 Three Club Competition (one must be a putter)
Jan 6/7 Par 3 Competition (all 18 holes will be set up as par threes)
Jan 13/14 Two Person Scramble
Jan 20/21 Scotch Foursomes
Jan 27/28 Spring League Round 1 (Fourball Matchplay with a singles stableford competition every week)
Feb 3/4 Spring League Round 2
Feb 10/11 Spring League Round 3
Feb 17/18 Spring League Quarter Finals
Feb 24/25 Spring League Semi Finals
March 3/4 Spring League Final
March 11 Captains’ Drive In
March 17/18 Open Singles
All competitions will be open to ladies and gents. A complete fixture list for 2018 will be available at a later date.
