Afternoon Folks last weekends May medal saw the top 12 finishers qualify for the 1st round proper 2023 Club Matchplay. So folks go into Masterscoreboard and check the results to see if you have qualified. Those 8 players who finished in places 13th to 20th inclusive will now play in a preliminary round which will need to be complete by Sunday 25th June. The Open draw for the preliminary round which took place this afternoon is as follows. The 4 winners of the Prelim round will then join the top 12 to give us this years 16 competitors. The winner of the event will get 20 points towards the 2023 GOY, the beaten finalist will receive 10 points with the beaten finalists receiving 5 pts each. The draw for the 1st round proper will be made in the next couple of weeks. Phone numbers can be obtained from the clubhouse staff.
