Morning Lakesiders. This year we are going use a shotgun start for the Ladies and Men’s presidents prizes. (The ladies will be drawn to play together) in an effort to make the whole day more sociable. The day will start with tea and scones at 9 30 am,( players will also need to register for the draw at this time). Following the draw players will then gather with their playing partners and go their respective starting holes. Play will then commence at 10 30 am with the sounding of an air horn. Play will be in four balls so it will take a little longer, please be patient but everyone will be in at the same time making the meal and presentation of prizes far more enjoyable. it is envisioned that food will be served at approx 3pm with the presentation to prize winners at 4 pm. NOW THE IMPORTANT BIT YOU STILL HAVE TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE TIME SHEET AS WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT A….we have enough space for everyone to play and B…we have the right numbers for the caterer. When you arrive it is up to you to register by filling out your score card in a legible manner, paying your entry fee at the sign in table which will be in the bar and then putting your scorecard in the basket from which we will draw out the groups and their respective starting holes. (No entry fee will be taken without you having having filled out your scorecard).
