Paul Farrell wins on the count-back

A modest enough field enjoyed a calm cloudy day not at all bad for our first open singles of the year. Paul Farrell (18) came out on top 36 pts on the count-back from Bernard Fitzpatrick (13) who also finished with 36 pts. Great to see Head Green-Keeper Tom Kavanagh taking advantage of the dry week to get the greens pole-forked, that will really stand to us in the late spring when the growing season kicks in.
