Mid Week opens are now in full swing with good fields over the last 3 weeks. I see young Daire Hanrahan making his name midweek with a win and some other very good scores. Well done Daire. Another very notable performance recently was Ray Murphy’s in winning the April Medal. Ray produced a score in very tough conditions that was exceptional. Ray carded a 67 nett coming home in just 39 blows also having the best gross score of 84, Day of Days Ray. How di yis like them apples all ye single figure lads.
