Midweek booking issues.

Evening all, similar to last year a substantial number of members both full and Minor are not using the BRS booking system. for the midweek opens  A number of people phoned the club today looking to play but would not travel in case they did “not get fixed up” with  playing partners. There was almost no one on the time sheet yet the course was very busy all day with people playing in the comp, getting handicap cards in and just having a casual round. The time sheets are there to ensure people have at least the possibility of someone to play with if they are on there own and to ensure that no one jumps in front of people turning for their back 9’s……. Please use the time sheets for all competitive, casual and handicap rounds. Not using the time sheets and turning up having made arrangements with a pal is potentially disenfranchising members and visitors on their own from playing in the comps as they are rightly unwilling to travel to the club on ” the off chance” of getting out. It is also causing a valuable loss of revenue both to the club and the Course. Use the  BRS midweek Time sheets people for (EXPLETIVE IN BRACKETS) sake.
