Jamie Tutty showed some real mental fortitude in shaking off what must of been a very disappointing last couple of holes in the recent August Medal to win in style at the weekend. Jamie’s returned a 74 gross with 4 birdies which equated to 41 stableford points. Jamie finished 2 ahead of Graham fox (13) who finished with 39 pts and Tony Hannon (20) who placed 3rd with 38 pts. Fantastic numbers again at the weekend with over 90 cards returned. The pins were quite tricky and this was reflected in the fact that there were only 4 two’s recorded, so again should be a nice pot. 2’s were recorded by Niall Jenkins , Dave Farrelly, Richard Kelly and Graham fox and the gas thing was there was 1 only on each of the par 3’s.
