I would like to extend my thanks to all who participated in the Lady Captains day on Sunday 19th June. It was a great day for our full lady members, our pay and play ladies and our get into golf gals!
It’s the members that make the day and you all certainly made it a memorable one.
A special thank you to Grainne, Ava and my good friend Ciara O’Donohue who helped prepare some of the lovely food that was on offer that day (we all went home a couple of pounds heavier).
My speech was very short as too much praise may slow down all the good work the ladies are doing, but you have been warned bring a duvet and pillow to the AGM ….you are in for a long night ….as I have a serious amount of thank you’s to make and I will be doing them all then.
