The weekend of July 4th and 5th sees the resumption of competition golf, thanks be to….well whoever your deity might be. Our first competition will be a 2 day mixed singles competition open to all membership categories. With all the practicing that has been going on over the last 6 or so weeks your gonna need to play out of your skin to be in the mix. Next week the club will post details on how we will enter and record competition scores in a safe manner. In the week following our return to competitive golf the club will post the revised 2020 fixture list. Now just one little negative folks, in the last couple of weeks the course has been very busy which is great but we have also had a number of no shows on most days. Slots are hard to come by at the more popular times and when someone does not bother their Swiss Roll to take their names off the timesheet or let the club staff know well its poor form. So if you cannot make it and look this happens just let the club know or cancel your booking as soon as possible. lecture over now wheres me shoot magazine.
