Evening folks, well the course has stood up remarkably well to this weeks wet weather but will be moving to placing everywhere for the weekends open singles and accompanying winter league. Full members playing in the next 6 weeks open singles, if entering of course this years will see their returns counting towards their League Score. This years League format will be your best 3 cards from 6 counting towards your final score. There will be nice Hampers for the top 5 finishers in the league. The cost of entry to the league is a once payment of 5 euro which can be taken direct from your competition purse, but you must make sure that your name is taken in the winter League entry book. Points will be on a descending scale with 20 pts for the winner, 19 for 2nd all the way down to 1 pt for 20th. Depending on course conditions we may move to 13 holes or even 9 towards the latter stages of the league. You can enter the league on a Saturday or Sunday. Best of luck folks.
